What is the Players Era Championship?
The Players Era Championship is a multi-day event celebrating college athletics with men’s and women’s tournaments, fan activations, live entertainment, and exclusive VIP experiences hosted in Las Vegas.
Do I need tickets for every event?
Yes. Each event (Men’s Kickoff, Women’s Kickoff, Fan Zones, and the Golf Tournament) requires its own ticket or pass. Visit tluevents.com/pages/playersera for links to purchase and view inclusions.
Is there a dress code?
- Kickoff Events: Cocktail-casual attire is recommended.
- Fan Zones: Team apparel or casual wear is welcome.
Golf Tournament: Collared shirts and appropriate golf attire required.
Can I bring guests or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest by emailing playersera@thelinku.com with the new guest’s name and email.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All venues are cashless. Credit card and mobile payments are accepted via website. Drink tickets and passes can be purchased online before arrival, or through QR code at the venue.
Are there age restrictions?
- Men’s Kickoff Event: 21+ only
- Fan Zone – Libertine Social: 21+
Other Fan Zones: Family-friendly unless otherwise stated
Will there be parking available?
Yes, parking is available at Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand. Standard parking fees apply. Guests using event transportation are encouraged to arrive early for scheduled pick-ups.
Is re-entry allowed at Fan Zones?
Yes, same-day re-entry is allowed with your event wristband or digital ticket confirmation (must be worn or presented upon return). Venues are first-come, first-serve. Waitlist may be in effect.
Are food and drinks available for purchase?
Yes. Each fan zone and kickoff event features on-site food and beverage service. VIP tickets for fan zones include select complimentary drinks.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and culturally appropriate meal options will be available at select events. Please email playersera@thelinku.com in advance for accommodations.
Are there any discounts or group rates available?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for children. Please visit the ticketing page for specific pricing details.
If you are apart of an University membership program, please use the contact us form to receive your discount code.

How do I access my tickets?
Once your purchase is complete, tickets will be sent to you via email in PDF format or directly to your Apple Wallet for easy access on the day of the event.

How do I check in?
Upon arrival at your venue, visit the check-in desk to receive your wristband or credentials.
For VIP guests, additional details will be emailed prior to the event.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. If an event is canceled due to weather or venue restrictions, updates will be communicated via email and social media.
Can I volunteer or become a sponsor?
Yes! Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are available. Email playersera@thelinku.com for packages and availability.
Are photos and videos allowed?
Yes, personal photos and short videos are encouraged — tag @TheLinkU and #PlayersEra on social media.
Professional cameras require prior approval.

GOLF TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Transportation & Arrival
Transportation to and from Shadow Creek Golf Course will be arranged by our office.
All players will be picked up from Park MGM and Mandalay Bay via private limousine, shuttle bus, or Mercedes Sprinter.
Pickup Schedule (each bus waits 15 minutes):
- 7:30 AM – 7:45 AM
- 8:00 AM – 8:15 AM
- 8:30 AM – 8:45 AM (Park MGM)
Rules & Details:
- Estimated travel time: 30 minutes
- Gratuities are at your discretion
- NO OUTSIDE TRANSPORTATION is allowed on property (includes Uber, Lyft, taxis, or private vehicles)

Schedule of the Day
- Check-In / Breakfast: 8:00 AM
- Driving Range Opens: 8:30 AM
- Pre-tournament Announcements/Rules Overview: 9:45 AM
- Shotgun Start: 10:00 AM
- Lunch & Awards Ceremony: Following play (approx. 3:00 PM)
Play Format
Tournament will follow a scramble format (each player tees off, and the team plays the best ball).
Teams use 100% of their verified GHIN handicaps.
Prizes
Cash prizes will be awarded for top-performing teams and on-course contests such as longest drive and closest to the pin. In case of a tie, a scorecard playoff will determine the winner (starting from the #1 handicap hole).
1st Place – $20,000
2nd Place – $5,000
Payouts will be distributed evenly across each winning four-person team unless otherwise instructed.

Celebrate the first-ever Players Era Women’s Tournament with coaches, administrators, VIPs, and fans. Enjoy live music, cocktails, and guest speakers.
Schedule:
- 5:30 PM: Doors Open
- 5:30–6:30 PM: Cocktail Hour
- 6:30 PM: Transition to seats
- 6:45 PM: Program begins
- 8:00 PM: Event concludes
